The material for washbasin: mixture of resin and exported mineral powder with surface in gelcoat (nami material imported from Ashland Inc.), which is
also adopted by Panasonic sanitary. After the processes of mixing, spraying the gelcoat, casting under vacuums and constant temperature, polishing with water, buffing, our product has the feature:   ⑴ Barcol hardness: 75℃ (70℃ for ceramic product)   ⑵ glossiness: 95℃   ⑶ heat resistant: be exposed to scorching sun , it will not deform , change color or have any change in surface hardness.   ⑷ resistant to acid/alkali: if put the products in the liquid of acid (12%concentration) or alkali. (6%concentration), there is no change in the surface.   ⑸ hot-water resistant: if the product is soaked in hot water of 80℃ for two weeks. There will be no crack, blister and discoloration in the surface.   ⑹ cold resistant : in cold warehouses (–15℃), no change , and the products sold to Zhongshan research station in the Antarctic (china) four years ago are still in normality.   ⑺ easy to restore: if any scratch, coating some wax(used for floor or car) and then rubbing it with water-rubber.     2. The material for cabinet:   ⑴ Brand door and mirror frame use top-grade moistureproof sheet of famous brand, such as FORMICA, which is also adopted by Panasonic sanitary.   ⑵ Brand door and mirror frame -- worked by piano paint-baking skill(using imported Italy ICA paint and seven processes needed) – has high hardness and can resistant water、moisture、touch smoothly and will not decolorize . The black lacquering is elegant and present the effect of graceful and strong.     We owe three high quality and completed product lines and the annual product volume reaches 20,000 sets.
